The Profile is customizable. Job Match Patterns can be developed by Position, Department, Manager, and Geography.
The Profile™ Produces Seven Types of Reports:
- Individual Report – A guide for self-understanding with graphic scale and written description.
- Placement Report (for Hiring) – Selecting the right people through Job Match. Interview questions are suggested for those outside the Job Pattern.
- Multi-Job Match Report – Matches one person to several Job Match Patterns to identify the best job for the person. Useful for succession planning and reassigning employees to new positions.
- Coaching Report – A training and development tool that is similar to the Placement Report, but provides the employee’s supervisor with coaching suggestions where the individual is outside the Job Match Pattern.
- Job Profile Summary Report – Used with job descriptions to more accurately define job requirements
- Summary Reports – Gives a quick look at the individual by providing the individual’s scores and a brief statement for each score against the job pattern.
- Summary Graph Report – For visual analysis of Job Match – Graphically depicts the person’s fit into a particular job pattern.

Success Patterns (Benchmarks) Job Match is a more accurate predictor of job success than the commonly accepted factors of education, experience, or training. The Profile enables the development of a Job Description Survey for use with the Success Pattern. The Success Pattern matches individual attributes of people with qualities important to job success.
