"Trey" E. Boone
CEO, eSOURCES

Trey Boone, Chief Executive Officer of eSOURCES, LLC, is a veteran in the human resources industry. With more than 25 years experience in the industry, Trey ventured out to establish eSOURCES-a human resource outsourcing and consulting firm. His strong background in human resources provides the firm great leadership and expertise. As the CEO of eSOURCES, Trey focuses on the design and implementation of initiatives that help organizations solve complex Human Resource issues.

Before establishing eSOURCES, Trey was the Vice President of Human Resources for SCANA Corporation in Columbia, SC. In this capacity, he led all areas of Human Resources such as organizational development, leadership and management development, compensation and benefits, labor and employee relations, human resource information systems, workforce planning and recruiting, and EEO/diversity.

Trey devotes much of his time to various community initiatives and is an active board member of the Spring Valley Education Foundation and the Sandhills School Board of Directors. Trey is in the Society for Human Resource Management, World at Work (formerly American Compensation Association), and Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce.

Trey is a graduate of the Southeastern Electrical Exchange Management Program at the University of Georgia and was nominated for Human Resource professional of the year in 1998. Trey received a B.S. degree in Business Administration, majoring in management, from the University of South Carolina. He is a Certified Compensation Specialist (CCP), a graduate of Leadership South Carolina, and a mentor.

Alicia Harper
Human Resources Manager

Alicia Harper is the manager of human resource services for eSOURCES, LLC. As an established human resource professional, she provides eSOURCES’ clients with guidance and support with employee benefits, payroll, employee relations and organizational development. Alicia joined eSOURCES as one of the first employees to help launch the company and bring both its consulting and payroll products to the market. As leader of eSOURCES’ human resource services, Alicia is charged with carrying out the day-to-day activities for all clients. She works closely with each client to ensure high quality service and results.

Alicia, a native of Summerville, SC, has many years experience in Human Resources. Prior to joining eSOURCES, Alicia gained valuable experience implementing organizational development initiatives for SCANA Corporation. Alicia was part of SCANA’s Human Resources Department for three years – growing as a professional by assuming more responsibilities department wide in training and development.

Always looking for ways to increase her Human Resource knowledge, Alicia has completed her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) exam. Having her SPHR designation allows Alicia to network with thousands of human resource professionals nationwide and to be more active in the National Society for Human Resource Management.

She is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, receiving her B.S. in Business and double majoring in Marketing and Management. Currently, Alicia is a member of the Greater Columbia Chamber of Commerce and local and national chapters of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Dwight Smith
Chief Information Officer

Dwight is a veteran in the human resources industry, with more than 21 years experience in Human Resources. Before joining eSOURCES, Dwight was the Manager of Human Resources Information Systems for SCANA Corporation, a 7 billion dollar energy company in Columbia, SC, with over 6,000 employees. While at SCANA, he managed the Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, and Human Resources Information Systems areas. Dwight was directly involved in administering the benefit programs at SCANA, including health care, life insurance, flexible benefits, section 125 plan, short term disability, long term disability and supplemental benefits. He managed the day-to-day activities with these plans and also managed the relationships with the vendors, and carriers. Dwight was instrumental in the design of the entire managed drug program with SCANA.

During his career he has implemented three major HR systems, Integral, ADP HRizon, and PeopleSoft. He utilized his technical background to develop automated enrollment processes for the employees and retirees moving from paper to interactive voice response and web based enrollment. He was responsible for the selection of the Managed Pharmacy vendor, and section 125 vendor, which provided employees access to online claims filing and review, along with direct deposit of reimbursement checks.
