The purpose of the CheckPoint 360º is to help facilitate peak performance and productivity of your managers

Measures

Managers’ own perception of her/his management competencies against the perceptions of those in direct contact (boss, peers, direct reports), showing gap areas and development needs. From this multi-rater feedback, managers can compare the opinions of others with their own perceptions, positively identify their strengths, and pinpoint personal development areas.

Implementation
  • CheckPoint 360º is accessible via the Internet.
  • It takes each participant about 20 to 30 minutes to complete.
  • Responses are compiled as anonymous group information, presented on a graphic color circle with the detailed Report which is returned to the manager within a few days of completion of the assessment.
Reports

CheckPoint 360º Multi-Rater Feedback System offers one full-color Report.

  • The Report has graphic and descriptive written data (to describe the attributes of the person being assessed) and pinpoints specific training needs.
  • The report has a special personal growth section that coaches the participant and helps to improve performance in development areas.
