Theodore “Trey” Boone III
Chief Executive Officer
Chief Executive Officer Theodore “Trey” Boone III has more than 37 years’ experience in the human resources industry. Trey focuses on the design and implementation of initiatives that help organizations solve complex Human Resource issues. Trey established eSOURCES in 2000 after serving as the Vice President of Human Resources for SCANA Corporation, a Columbia, SC Fortune 500 company with more than 6000 employees. Trey graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, is a Leadership South Carolina graduate, Southern Electrical Exchange Management Program graduate from the University of Georgia and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
Chief Information/Operating Officer
Dwight Smith has been a partner with eSOURCES since its inception in 2000. He is responsible for managing the IT infrastructure systems which includes the HRIS and all related software packages that provide services to the clients. Dwight is a veteran in the human resources field with over 35 years’ experience. Before joining eSOURCES he was the Manager of Human Resources Information Systems for SCANA Corporation responsible for payroll, compensation and benefit programs including health care, life insurance and disability benefits. Dwight attended the University of South Carolina.
Chief Financial Officer
Judy Weitz provides eSOURCES clients guidance regarding payroll tax issues, quarterly and year-end reporting, employee benefit programs, flexible spending accounts, and 401(k) administration and compliance. Judy is also responsible for the day-to-day financial management of eSOURCES as well as overall cash management functions with each client. She graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Business Administration. Prior to joining eSOURCES in 2007, Judy served as the Controller and Human Resources Manager of Homeowners Mortgage Enterprises, Inc., and as the Vice President/Assistant Controller of Republic National Bank.
Director of Employee Benefits
Joseph Schaub is responsible for working with clients to analyze their current employee benefit programs and assist them with implementing their plans to help attract and retain employees. This includes benefits such as group health care, dental, vision and ancillary products. Joe brings to eSOURCES more than 15 years’ insurance experience as well as great working relationships with the insurance carriers. Before joining eSOURCES, Joe worked as a Cost Accounting Manager and Controller in several manufacturing companies. He has a B.S. in Accounting from Long Island University in New York and was also awarded the Blue Cross President’s Honor Council for three consecutive years.
Human Resource Client Manager
Alicia Harper offers guidance and support on employee benefits, payroll, employee relations and organizational development to eSOURCES clients. Alicia is an original team member of eSOURCES and carries out the day-to-day activities for all clients, ensuring high quality service and results. She has the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management. Alicia graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in Business Administration and was employed in the human resources department at SCANA Corporation before joining eSOURCES.
Senior Director of Client Relations
John Hall assists the leadership teams of eSOURCES’ clients by helping them to align and design their HR programs to support the direction of their organization. With a strong background in strategic planning, John works to link the client’s business planning with their current employee skill sets and development efforts. He earned both a B.S. and M.S. in Economics from the University of South Carolina and taught economics as an adjunct professor at both USC and Midlands Technical College. Before joining eSOURCES, John served as the Manager of Strategic Planning Process at SCE&G/SCANA Corporation.
