How We Do It

As an eSOURCES client, you will be our first priority. You’ll be assigned a member of the eSOURCES team – a Human Resources (HR) professional- to work with to help you manage your HR function. Your HR manager will conduct site visits, and be available to consult in person, by phone or email. Partnering with eSOURCES gives you and your employees a team of dedicated, skilled HR professionals who proactively work to meet your needs.

eSOURCES has a state of the art Human Resource Information System that is web-based and accessible from any Internet connection. This gives you access to your employee information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

eSOURCES solutions can be customized and are generally grouped into two main areas:

Human Resource Outsourcing (Administrative Services Only)

Under the Administrative Services Only (ASO) arrangement, eSOURCES becomes a true business partner with you by outsourcing all or part of your Human Resources function. Services vary based upon the needs of your business and range from hiring or processing payroll to providing all of your Human Resource needs.

eSOURCES can work with any existing benefit provider or third party administrator to coordinate administration of benefit plans. eSOURCES has the knowledge and expertise to help you evaluate the cost and effectiveness of the various benefit programs and provide guidance in plan changes to meet the needs and objectives of your business.

Human Resource Consulting

eSOURCES provides consulting on a project basis for all facets of Human Resources. This can range from an overall audit of a client’s current practices to a specific HR related project such as training and development courses.

eSOURCES staff are certified Human Resource professionals with a wide array of experience with both small and large corporations The eSOURCES team has extensive experience in the areas of compensation analysis and design, training and organizational development, employee relations, strategic human resource planning and benefit design and administration.
